Many people on other email services don't have "Groups" or "Mailing List" features on their email account.
When people switch to a 1USA email account, they discover that having access to Mailing Lists is handy.

- for large groups
To access this feature:
- Login to the Webmail server
- goto Options > Preferences > Extras - and configure your mailing list. It's that easy.
The days of hundreds of BCC's on your emails - OBSOLETE.
Today's Mail Servers can send out INDIVIDUAL emails to your group members.
Each Member's NAME and Email Address appears in the TO line of the outgoing emails.
The Mail-From address is either your @1usa.com email account, or a separate Group name.
and this service is FREE on a 1USA email account.
If you set it up as a Moderated Mailing List, under your @1usa.com email account, you can moderate which emails to accept for posting to the group. This is identical to how LinkedIn works... but ours has been live since 2005.
Part of the problem of running a Major Domo Mailing List is that people come & go... or they go on vacations and miss some of the group postings.
To solve that, our Mailing Lists ALSO have a Web Page where members can go view what's been posted - and catch up on what they missed.
The Mailing List function ALSO automatically manages the mailing list.
If a person keeps changing their AOL, Aim.com, Gmail, Hotmail & MSN or Yahoo address to keep one step ahead of the spams, and their address bounces, the 1USA mailing list feature can automatically prune the group participants and eliminate the bounces. (those people should really switch to a 1USA email account and be protected from scam emails, huh.)
