If you have an Address Book already, you can pre-approve the good senders by saving your .abk address book in .csv format, then review it in Notepad, and email it to our Tech Support account, who can upload it to the server.
If you don't want us to know who your Contacts are, or if you prefer to upload the Address Book yourself, you can upload your .csv file directly via the interface on our Webmail Service.
Your choice. We're an honest & squeaky-clean ISP... but if you don't trust us yet, no problem.
The purpose of uploading the Address Book is to automatically allow emails from known good senders. Everyone who's NOT in the Address Book will receive a Confirmation Request.
A confirrmation request says "Thanks for sending me an email. If you want me to read it quicker, Click Here." and there will be a link for the person to click on to confirm themselves as a real person.
This feature ELIMINATES THE NEED to notify your friends that you have a new email address. They are automatically updated the next time you send an email to them.
