You are here: Websites > Testimonials - where to put them
It is important to have Testimonials on your website.
Most websites cannot handle adding Testimonials directly on the website, so the only other place to put testimonials would be on Facebook, Linked-in or Twitter.
The problem with telling your customers to add their testimonials onto those other websites is that YOU DO NOT HAVE CONTROL to either edit or remove the complaints that get posted.
This is particularly useful in situations where the comments are obsolete or abusive.

Let's say that one of your (former) employees went out on a job but left early for one reason or another.
Let's say that the employee said something that affected the customer the wrong way.
How many years should YOU be judged for a situation that you HAVE fixed since?

If that event occurred in 2006, the BAD or inaccurate testimonial can STILL FOLLOW YOU - if the testimonials are put onto websites that you don't control.
Therefore, we have the software here that you can edit or remove Testimonials in order to reflect your current state.

We have a few different software products to handle accepting Testimonials.
All are free with our 1USA Hosting Packages.
